Do you sell online?

No, deliberately. We believe trying on and feeling fabric is something a screen can't replace. Our whole collection lives in the shop.

Up to what size is your women's fashion?

Our main shop on Kerkstraat goes up to size 58. For larger sizes and plus-size lifestyle we have our sister shop Hip XL on Hoofdstraat 12, five minutes walk away.

Can I reserve or hold an item?

Yes, just call or email. We're happy to hold items for a few days, especially if you're travelling in from outside the region.

Do you give personal styling advice?

Yes, it's part of what we do as standard. No separate appointment needed, just walk in. If you have a specific occasion (wedding, communion, gala) in mind, give us a quick call so we can plan more time.

What's your return policy?

Items with a receipt can be exchanged within 14 days or converted to store credit. Sale items and jewellery are excluded for hygiene reasons.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

All common methods: cash, debit card, contactless and Apple/Google Pay. For larger purchases we also accept iDEAL via QR code.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, gift cards from 10 euro upwards. Nicely wrapped to take with you, valid in both this shop and Hip XL.

Which brands do you carry?

We carry a rotating selection of Dutch and Italian brands. We work with smaller labels you won't see in every shop. Walk in to see what's current, or email us about a specific brand.

Do new collections come in regularly?

Monthly. We do the buying ourselves and refresh continuously. Follow us on Instagram or Facebook for what's new.

Is the shop wheelchair accessible?

Accepted Answer

The entrance has a low threshold and the floor inside is level. Let us know if you're coming with a wheelchair so we can widen the path through the shop.

Do you have a loyalty card or app?

Accepted Answer

No, and that's deliberate. We prefer to remember faces and purchases ourselves rather than through an app. It's worked for us for years.

Can I put together a gift package?

Accepted Answer

Yes, a combination of a scented candle, scarf and piece of jewellery for example. We wrap it for free and can deliver locally within Horst on request.

Is there parking right outside?

Not directly outside, but Wilhelminaplein is a 2 minute walk and free with a Dutch blue parking disc.

Do you speak English and German?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we help many customers from Germany (Nordrhein-Westfalen) and tourists from elsewhere. English and German are spoken in the shop.
